Our work is informed by deep, place-based insights into the social and cultural contexts within which we operate—recognising that pathways to inclusion and empowerment differ across communities. We combine bespoke research methodologies with robust monitoring and evaluation to ensure policy and program interventions are informed by evidence and connected to community realities.

This area of work is led Dr Tess Newton Cain, who brings extensive experience in Pacific governance, policy and the socio-economic dimensions of development.
