Our work explores the social dimensions of infrastructure—how systems, services, and spaces can enhance wellbeing, equity, and resilience. We combine longitudinal research on long-term outcomes and evaluation capabilities to ensure decisions are guided by solid evidence. We also explore how digital technologies can be harnessed to make infrastructure more sustainable, inclusive, and responsive to community needs.

This area of work is led by Ben Miqueu, who brings deep expertise in inclusive growth, digital innovation and market systems, and experience supporting infrastructure investments across the Asia–Pacific region.
