On the 2nd of July, Tom Sloan of Sustineo presented a lecture to University of Canberra third year course, Climate Change and Sustainable Business Futures. The lecture drew on research Tom has undertaken into the implementation of greenhouse gas mitigation in the Australian Capital Territory. The lecture highlighted the need for governance structures and engagement processes to be designed in a way appropriate for achieving desired policy objectives. Specifically, Tom highlighted the need for a deeper understanding of the roles, responsibilities and identifies of key government, business and community sector groups.
