This week sees the launch of Sustineo’s Research in Brief. This will involve a series of short publications that explore social, economic and environmental development issues within Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region. The first contribution to Research in Brief is from Sustineo intern Madeleine Plocki. In the context of the food-water-energy nexus gaining traction within international non-government organisations and multilateral aid donors, Madeleine explores some of the key challenges that have emerged in regards to mainstreaming ‘nexus-thinking’ into development practice.
