Leading Change - The Women, Peace and Security Agenda is designed to develop your capability to lead change in your organisation and increase women's meaningful participation in the Australian security sector and, in doing so, help you and your agency to improve peace and security outcomes.
The course meets the Australia's National Action Plan for Women, Peace and Security and will be particularly useful for middle managers and team leaders working in a multi-agency environment in conflict, post-conflict and peace building settings.
