Whether it’s through management, advice, consulting, partnership brokering or training, his intention is to support market systems to work better for those who cannot influence change themselves. Once a farmer, forester and gaucho, he has a background in agriculture; migrating to overseas development 25 years ago. Since then, his versatility, enthusiasm and passion have been applied to working in Africa, South and Southeast Asia, the Balkans, the Caucasus and the Pacific, supporting a variety of programs from emergency to long-term market systems development. Tim is also an accredited partnership broker and trainer in this area.
