The challenge

Sustineo was contracted in 2014 to provide specialist monitoring and evaluation (M&E) support to the Ministry of Finance, Samoa, including assisting the development of M&E frameworks and systems that contribute towards the implementation the Government of Samoa development strategy. Sustineo worked with relevant local government agencies to establish M&E frameworks and systems to support capacity building.
