She works across climate resilience, food systems and governance, bringing together research, policy and practice to tackle development challenges across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. She enjoys diving into research, facilitating conversations that bring diverse perspectives together, and translating evidence into practical insights that inform better decisions and stronger outcomes for communities. Drawing on experience across government, academia and consulting, Bianca enjoys bridging the gap between research and implementation. She is happiest working alongside local partners, listening to their stories and turning insights into action. Outside work, you can find her attempting to sew something wearable or tackling her fear of heights by rock climbing outdoors.
