Victoria brings a broad skillset in undertaking research and managing interdisciplinary projects to Sustineo. As a research consultant, Victoria provides support across Sustineo’s research projects and business development activities. Since joining Sustineo in August 2017, she has worked on projects in agriculture, climate change, law and justice, and economic development.Though results-driven, Victoria strives to embed integrity and academic rigour throughout her work.

Victoria has a strong background in intercultural communication from living, researching and working in the Asia-Pacific. She has previously researched wildlife conservation policy in Palau and New Caledonia; undertaken development research in Vietnam and Japan; and taught English as a second language in New Caledonia. Victoria also teaches sustainable development and researches ocean governance at the Australian National University. She has published works for academic, policy-oriented and general audiences. Her diversity of experience in consultancy, education and academic settings have helped her to develop a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Victoria completed a Masters of Science in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Sustainability (First Class Honours) at the Australian National University.
