Rebekah is a dedicated community development practitioner with extensive experience in the disaster risk reduction and climate resilience sectors in Australia and the Indo-Pacific.

Rebekah has conducted mixed-methods field research in Malaysia and Japan, and successfully led project delivery with diverse communities and stakeholders across Australia and Indonesia.

Having been engaged in monitoring and evaluation with multiple NGOs, Rebekah can effectively analyse quantitative and qualitative data, particularly for programs in the natural resource management, agriculture, WASH, education, and climate resilience sectors.

Outside of work, Rebekah is a member of the Indo-Pacific Cooperation Network (2024–2025), a group of young professionals from across the Region sponsored by the Japan Foundation to conduct research on disaster resilience in Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
