Sue Allan

Senior Consultant

Sue has over 23 years’ experience in teaching, training, and international development programs and monitoring and evaluation. She is currently a lead consultant specializing in design and implementation of community development programs. Throughout her experience, Sue has managed a range of complex international projects on community engagement, capacity building, volunteering, and poverty alleviation. Sue has worked in a large range of countries, including Timor-Leste, Nauru, Fiji, Vanuatu, PNG, North Korea, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Laos, China, Indonesia, and Philippines, amongst others. She has a deep understanding of program implementation, which allows her to critically examine program efficiency and effectiveness in various contexts. She has worked for private, public, and non-government organizations, contributing to her extensive knowledge of governance, and the concerns of different stakeholders involved in the domestic and international development arena.
