TLCPP M&E

Sustineo is working with NZAID on the Timor Police Community Policing Programme to provide expert monitoring and evaluation services to assist with the verification of TLCPP outputs, outcome, and impact.

The overall goal of the TLCPP is to contribute to building safe and secure communities through effective and efficient community policing in Timor Leste. Sustineo's Principal Consultant for M&E will lead the project and will guide the development of a comprehensive Results Framework, the collection of baseline data, and work with the NZ Police and PNTL to train staff in data collection, monitoring, and analysis.
