Mary has proven leadership in policy development and implementation, program management and review, participatory monitoring and evaluation, complex and multiple stakeholder engagement and change management. Mary is highly regarded for her work with civil society and specialises in gender and development and capacity building for the not-for-profit sector. Over a ten year period, Mary led three not-for-profit organisations working at the international, national and local levels within Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
